How they work

Hat patches go on with an industrial-grade Peel n’ Stick adhesive. It holds on straw and felt.

The edge is almost always heat cut, so the patch follows the shape of your design and lays flat on the crown.

Any patch type works. Woven and printed hold small text best. Leather looks good on felt.

Cowboy hats

Most patches are under 1.5″ tall and 3″ wide.

Ball caps

Most patches are up to 2.5″ × 4″.

Peel n’ Stick adhesive. Iron-on, velcro and sew-on are also available.
