What is the process of ordering custom patches? 

First, you will need to submit a quote request and design via our online quote form. We will send your quote within 24 hours. Once you approve the price, we produce a digital patch mockup for you to inspect before production begins. Then the patches are produced, and will be shipped to you quickly. 

 

Do I need to submit artwork for my patch order? 

No, just describe what you want and our designers will create the artwork for you. Submitting artwork will help us make your design as close as possible to your vision.

 

What is your minimum order? 

Our minimum order is typically 50 pieces per design. If you are ordering multiple patch designs at once, it may be possible to lower the minimum to 25. 

 

Which file formats do you accept for submitted artwork? 

Preferred formats are pdf, ai, cdr, eps, and svg, but we accept psd, jpg, gif, bmp, tif, and png. They can be submitted through our online quote form or emailed to info@rodeopatch.com.

 

Is there a standard patch size? 

No, all patches are custom. However, our most popular sizes are for cowboy hats (<1.5”x3″) and balls caps (2.5″x4″).

 

How do I choose colors? 

Our artists will match the colors in your design as closely as possible to our thread colors, but if you have specific Pantone® colors, we can use those.

How do I pay and place an order? 

You can submit orders by filling out our quote form emailing us at info@rodeopatch.com. We accept payments online via card or e-check through Square. 

 

How are items shipped? 

We offer free worldwide shipping through USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS.

 

How do I submit my artwork? 

Submit artwork via the quote form on our website, or email it to info@rodeopatch.com with your name and order specifications included.

 

How is pricing determined? 

Base pricing is determined by patch type, size and quantity, with other factors like backing, specialty threads, rush service, etc. also influencing price.

 

How long does it take to receive my patches? 

Standard Production time is typically 3-4 weeks from payment, but we do offer a 10 Day Rush Service.

 

Can you duplicate an existing patch? 

Yes, either send us the physical patch or a picture of it and we can duplicate it exactly.

 

What if my design has excessive detail or small lettering? 

Options include altering the design, increasing patch size, or changing the production process to woven or printed patches.

 

What is the smallest lettering you can do? 

All lettering should be ¼” in height for quality and legibility.
